Slideshow of American Art Brut environments photographed in the 1970s

Insatiable musical activist and renowned DJ who cut his teeth at the legendary La Dolce Vita club in Lausanne before launching his international career, Mandrax set to music a slideshow created by Gregory Monnerat, which brings together several hundred previously unseen photographs of American Art Brut environments.

Dating from the 1970s, they were taken by Roger Brown (1941-1997), an artist from Chicago who belonged to the artistic movement of the Imagists.

All the photographs come from the archives of the Art Brut Collection.
